What happens after I order an engine and confirm payment? How long does delivery take? Which senders do you use? Do I receive a tracking number?

Once the payment has been made, we will ask you to send us the proof of payment. Depending on the bank, payments can take up to 5 days to arrive in our accounts. Once we receive the payment, we will then arrange shipping and depending on the location, it can take between 3 and 7 business days. Dispatch And Delivery Times Vary On Item Location, Destination And Export Factors. We Use The Best Logistics Firms To Deliver Your Engine. 
We use PALLETWAYS, FEDEX, DHL, KEUNHE NAGEL and you will receive a tracking number once the engine is gone

What Mileage Has The Engine Done And Can It Be Verified?

The Mileage is gotten from the donor vehicle and can only be verified once still in vehicle or with history. Due to the thousands of engines we deal with, We now grade our Engines instead.
We have over 10,000 engines in stock across Europe and each engine is classified as 


GRADE A > 1KM - 49,999KM 
GRADE B > 50,000KM - 89,999KM

What payment methods do you accept and is it secure?

We only accept bank transfers and they are validated by your bank through the use of IBAN identification. This is secure because your bank has already validated our company. We also accept Debit/ credit cards but there are restrictions and the engine can only be sent to the verified address by the card issuer and not the delivery address.

Where is your location and can I pick up an engine?

We are an internet-based online company with European warehouses and only ship directly to customers. We do not allow customers into your warehouses. All information and images are on each listing. There are no exceptions

Where can I find my engine code and why is it important?

Every engine has a code and you can get it on some parts of the engine or you can get your registration number and ask the manufacturer. We provide code-based engines and we will not refund if a wrong code or engine is sent

What happens if my engine is damaged when it arrives or doesn't work?

Customers must inspect the engines before accepting them from shippers. If the engine does not work in the vehicle, we will call back and offer a replacement. We do not cover mechanic or garage costs

Where did these Motors come from and will I get exactly what's in the Images?

Some are new, some are reconditioned and the rest come from damaged vehicles.
Because we have so many engines, you will receive one that is similar to the pictures and we will tell you if it will come with alternator, AC pump, Turbo etc OR NOT

How do I get in touch?

You can send us a message via email and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Due to the number of requests we receive each day, we will only respond to emails with questions that are not answered in the announcement or in the FAQ. If you don't receive a response, it simply means that we have read your email or message, but you need to proceed with your order as we will only respond when the order and payment are complete. All motors are supplied and fitted on an exchange basis. Otherwise, a surcharge is applied The engines purchased will comply with the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 and will be of "satisfactory quality" unless otherwise stated at the time of sale. Engines will have a minimum 30-day warranty and only parts listed on your invoice/receipt are covered by the warranty. If a part supplied by us is found to be defective during this period, it may be returned to us for exchange. If no exchange is available within 7 days, a refund will be given. Basic motors carry no warranties or warranties Any part(s) properly supplied by us and returned to us within 3 days is subject to a 20% processing fee at the discretion of the managers. Cancellation by the customer of any order made will be subject to 30% of the total payment made, provided that the standard cancellation period of 14 days is not met. Bespoke orders such as engine shutdowns are not included and any partial refunds will be at the discretion of the company. Customers must indicate if accessories are required. If the request has been made, indicating the complete engine you are looking for, it means the head, block and sump, it does not mean with the accessories as these can be sold separately, any accessories left on the engine, e.g. water pump, cam belt (we always recommend fitting a new cam belt) are given free of charge and are not covered by this warranty. This warranty is void if a part supplied has been tampered with in any way, i.e. seal broken, disassembled, etc. No part may be altered, altered, or disassembled in any way (except for routine service settings) without our permission. Failure to comply with these terms will void your warranty/warranty. Our warranty only covers the part. It does not cover the cost of labor or any defects resulting from the installation of this part. We will refund the full price of the part but will not cover any assembly costs. It is your responsibility to check that any parts supplied are correct prior to assembly. All goods must be inspected on delivery prior to signing to ensure that the item has not been damaged in transit. If the goods are found to be damaged, do not sign, refuse delivery and contact us within one working day. This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company. In the event that the delivery driver does not allow time to inspect the goods, sign the delivery note to obtain them, but remove any mention in the signature box to the effect that the goods have been "Received in good condition". Mail order: Under the sales regulations, a PRIVATE CONSUMER has a 7-day cooling-off period during which they can return the goods to us for a refund. However, delivery is a separate contract and once completed, whether domestic or international is non-refundable. This is due to 3rd party cost of internal couriers and forwarders and repositioning in an event of a wrong order. Handling Taxes are also non refundable. Goods once signed for must be returned at the customer's expense. In the event that a part is supplied as ordered, If the customer has ordered incorrectly, we must be contacted immediately within 2 hours and the part returned to us within 7 days of purchase at the customer's expense. Refunds will only be made upon return of the merchandise to our premises. All engines purchased must be fitted with a new timing belt/cam belt/chain and filled with new oil upon installation. Failure to comply with this procedure will result in the void of the warranty/warranty. Gearboxes must be filled with new oil during installation. Failure to comply with this procedure will result in the void of the warranty/warranty. Please ensure that all goods are thoroughly checked before being signed. Refunds are not always possible for goods that have been damaged in transit. Unexamined or unchecked entries on the packing slip are not acceptable. We will not be held responsible for refunding goods damaged in transit if they have been signed for to be in good condition.
